Each Affiliate receives 10% commission of the total sale from a client that is referred to us from that Affiliates website. The referral can come from a text link or a banner that is placed on a page on the Affiliates site or email signature link. When a potential client clicks on the Handmaid For The Lord banner or link, the shopping cart software automatically assigns the client to that Affiliate. Any purchase by the client during that shopping session will be applied to the Affiliates account.
Here's what makes us different -- as you are aware, surfers may click on our Handmaid For The Lord banner from your website but there is a good chance they will not buy the first time they visit. Our Affiliate Program uses 'cookies' that track the shopper's visits to our site. This cookie points to YOU, the Affiliate, for 30 days. In other words, if the surfer doesn't buy the first time they visit but returns to buy several weeks later -- it's YOUR sale! You earn the 10%!
Most other Affiliate programs toss out the cookies after the first visit. We understand that shoppers often bookmark a site to revisit it later to make a purchase; we want you to reap the benefits of the sale up to a month after the initial visit! YOU were the one who brought the shopper to our site -- YOU have earned the commission!
Secondary Affiliates - This is any affiliate who signs up by visiting YOUR text or banner link. Once they start selling, YOU earn 3% from THEIR sales!! You earn money while their website does the work! (Secondary Affiliates do not apply to single individuals with multiple websites.)
Commissions are paid out once they reach $10.00 and checks are mailed out on the 15th of the month.
Finally, we don't leave you alone. Periodically, we'll send you emails with updates, advice on selling, and promotions just for Affiliates!
One you sign up and join the team, you will receive a user name and password to sign in to your protected Affiliate Area. Once you are logged in, you will be able to copy and paste the html for the Handmaid For The Lord banner or text link for your website. You can also track sales, commissions, payment history, and change your personal information when necessary.
